Sticky Mats® are multi-sheet mats manufactured from a polyethylene film that is coated with a high tack adhesive. The mats are made with 30 or 60 individual adhesive layer sheets that face upward effectively capturing dust and dirt from foot traffic, equipment wheels, and carts before entering a controlled environment. Once used, each of the numbered sheets peels off easily to reveal the next sheet. Each sheet is 2-mil. thick, which provides strength and prevents tearing. Sticky Mats® are specifically engineered for clean room environments such as microelectronics, aerospace, food processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Sticky Mats® are also used in mold, asbestos, and lead paint abatement projects. Moveable hard plastic frames are available. Please call to inquire about customizing frames with your company's logo.
